Thank you for shopping with Dasom Essence. Please review our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and statutory holidays.

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Canada address only.

If we do not ship to your location, this will be indicated at checkout.


3. Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated and displayed at checkout based on:

  •  Destination
  • Package weight and size
  • Selected shipping method

Dasom Essence reserves the right to select the shipping carrier unless otherwise stated.


4. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are estimates only, not guarantees.

Typical delivery times within Canada:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–4 business days

Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, carrier delays, or peak seasons.


5. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and ensure availability to receive the package.


6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

Dasom Essence is not responsible for:

  • Delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Returned packages caused by address errors

Reshipping fees may apply if an order must be resent due to address issues.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, ownership and risk transfer to the customer.

Dasom Essence is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
  • Carrier delays

If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number. We will provide reasonable assistance where possible but cannot guarantee replacements or refunds.


8. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please:

  • Take clear photos of the package and product immediately
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

9. Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on availability. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.


10. Customs, Duties & Taxes (If Applicable)

For international orders (if offered), customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

Dasom Essence is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


11. Policy Updates

Dasom Essence reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time.
The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply to your order.
