Refund policy
Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to love your skin. If something is not right, you have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.
What can be returned
- Changed your mind or it was not the right fit? You may return a product even if you have opened and tried it, as long as the container is at least half full.
- Unopened items in their original packaging are always eligible within the 30-day window.
How refunds work
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving your return.
- For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund, your choice. (Opened or used product is still covered in this case.)
What cannot be returned
- Items marked Final Sale, and gift cards
- Free gifts and samples
- Bundles and sets, unless the complete set is returned together
- Original shipping charges
How to start a return
Email help@dasomessence.com with your order number and the reason for your return, and we will send you instructions. Please do not ship anything back before you hear from us.
This policy applies to orders shipped within Canada. Your statutory rights under applicable consumer-protection law are not affected.
